Construct improvements including all labor, materials and equipment necessary for excavation, backfill and sitework; demolition work; reinforced concrete; precast walls and roof panels and masonry building work including plumbing, heating, ventilating, doors, and associated work; two new aeration basins, two new final clarifiers, disinfection, solids train improvements, effluent pump station, site piping and associated site work and restoration; portable and mounted hoists; HVAC and Plumbing; generator and motor controls; electrical work including conduit, cables, wiring, motor controls, starters, switches, fixtures and controls; piping and appurtenances; and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup.
