The County of Jersey, Illinois ("County") is seeking proposals from qualified licensed Surveyors to provide residential survey services needed for the County's implementation of the Flood Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. As a result from the 2019 federally declared flood disaster, the County has been awarded a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Program ("HMGP") grant from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency ("IEMA") and a Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") Revolving Loan Fund Closeout Grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity ("IDCEO"), both grants together referred to as "Buyout Grant", to acquire a substantially damaged residential property and to demolish and clear any remaining structures, converting the subject property into "Open Space." Prior to acquiring the property, the County must obtain a survey of the property to determine the buy-out property boundary lines. The survey must be performed by an Illinois licensed Surveyor. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
