Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jerseyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; office development; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and office development.
The project consists of demolition of the existing shower area and install new restroom facilities, office area, new gym floor, new bleachers, new batting cage and alterations to the existing HVAC ductwork system. All questions of a technical nature regarding the project will only be answered in writing by Addendum. Questions should be submitted to the Engineer no later than five (5) working days prior to the bid date.
