Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tiffin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of partial replacement and shotcrete lining of a 30 x50 brick sewer, cured-in-place pipe lining of various diameter sewers, brick and concrete manhole rehabilitation, open-cut repairs to various diameter sewers, curb inlet and catch basin repairs, and restoration including asphalt and curb repair and seeding and mulching. All prime contractors bidding the project must obtain their plans and bidding documents directly from the Public Works Department and be plan holders with the Public Works Department. Bids must be in accordance with the specifications and on the forms available from the Public Works Department at publicworks@tiffinohio.gov, and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked West Market St and South Monroe St Sewer Repair Project.
