Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
To supply and install two (2) new 406 Kw electric hydronic boilers, with new boiler primary pumps and secondary pumps, and hydraulic separator in the Phase 1 Level 4 Mechanical Room of the Providence Building at the St. Paul's Hospital. The Work includes, but is not limited to: 1) Supply and install two (2) new electric heating water boilers complete with new pumps and piping distribution, 2) New hydronic unit heaters, 3) New housekeeping pads for the new mechanical and electrical equipment, 4) New electrical panel and feeders to support the new mechanical equipment, and 5) New mechanical controls.
