Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 01/04/2023 Project has been Cancelled - Walworth County is canceling this Request for Bid (RFB). After considering the availability of the fuel system components originally specified and the substitutions proposed, the County intends to explore additional design considerations to provide a fuel system to better meet the County's needs . In general, work includes, but is not limited to, decommissioning and removal of the existing fleet fueling system by a qualified contractor using certified technicians, construction of a new fleet fueling system including excavation, underground tanks, DEF dispensers, fuel dispensers, site pavement, piping, pumps, curbs, fuel island canopy, electrical, permits, inspections, registration, and training.
