Contract No. 22TW-DC-320OCS (Part A) and 22TW-DC-321OCS (Part B). For Repairs of Sewer Service Connections, Catchbasins and Appurtenances for various locations within the City of Toronto:
Part A - Wards: 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25
Part B - Wards: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 17, and 18 Specific mandatory requirements as outlined in Part 4 - Form C.
1. Mandatory Experience:
- The Supplier shall provide three (3) examples of projects that has achieved Substantial Performance (as defined by the Construction Act) within five (5) years of the issuance date of this Solicitation event.
- All three (3) projects must have a minimum completed contract value of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) excluding taxes;
- All three (3) projects must demonstrate linear infrastructure type work in an urban environment, working directly for a municipality;
- All three (3) projects must demonstrate working on a sewer system (sewer main and/or sewer services) as defined in Part 3 (Drawings and Specifications);
- At least one (1) of the project must be as a General Contractor. 2. Copy of a current and valid Certificate of Recognition (COR(TM)): The Supplier are required to provide their valid COR(TM) Certificate and/or a letter of good standing from IHSA or an equivalent OHS Certification.
