For Hanley Baseball Complex - Phase 1 (Utilities) This project consists of removal of existing culverts, trenching and excavation, sewer line with laterals, waterline and associated appurtenances including meters, culverts, and trench resurfacing. Bidders must be prequalified in order to be eligible for award. Pre-qualification may be with the City of Central Point, City of Medford, or the Oregon Department of Transportation. If the bidder is disqualified in any of these jurisdictions, the bidder will be ineligible for this contract. Award of contract will not be final until the later of: 1) three business days after the City of Central Point announces Notice of Intent to Award, or 2) the City of Central Point provides a written response to each timely protest, denying the protest and affirming the award. On all projects, work performed by the Contractor's own organization must be at least 30% of the awarded contract amount. Any addenda issued will be posted electronically. COST ESTIMATE: $750,000 - $950,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
