The Work includes but not limited to all labour, materials, transportation and equipment required to the various Residential Housing Units (RHUs) and related code improvements. The work includes 34 addresses within the CFB Halifax portfolio. The specific work required at each address is identified in Annex A and supplemented with Annex B, CFB Halifax, NS Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The work required to replace the decks and roofs must be completed no later than 70 calendar days after Notification of Contract Award. The remaining Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 280 calendar days after notification of contract award and must reach Completion no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
