The Oakmont Borough Shade Tree Commission will accept sealed bids for the i2022-23 Shade Tree Contracts Tree Pruning and Tree and Stump Removals (two separate sets of bid documents) Contract awarding is tentatively scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2022. All inquires may be made to the Oakmont Shade Tree Commission. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the i Borough of Oakmont Please supply bids in separate envelopes if submitting for both projects Oakmont Borough is an equal opportunity employer and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Borough. Tree and stump removals and tree pruning may be awarded as separate bids.
