The Housing Authority of the City of East St. Louis (HAESL) is requesting bids for the Exterior and Interior Renovations of buildings at Forest Village. A brief summary of scope of work is presented below. The project consists of interior dwelling unit renovations and exterior building renovations at the Forest Village Homes development consisting of twenty-four (24) residential buildings including fifty-six (56) dwelling units and one (1) onsite management building. Interior renovations include new HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical equipment, fixtures, devices, trim and accessories, new doors, appliances, kitchen and bath casework and new wall, ceiling and floor finishes throughout. Exterior renovations include new exterior entry doors, windows, siding, soffits, and trim, new gutters and downspouts, and masonry cleaning and restoration as detailed in the attached project manual. St. Louis, IL 62205 is requesting bids to rehab interior and exterior units at Forest Village. HAESL reserves the right to cancel this IFB, reject any or all bids, and waive minor informalities for bidders as deemed necessary by HAESL and the public's best interest.
