Site work for a water / sewer project in Rosedale, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the renovation of three (3) existing pump stations and the installation of submersible pumps at the Port of Rosedale, Mississippi. Bids may be submitted in person, by mail or electronically. For delivery in person or by mail, the Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the following: Bid for the Rosedale-Bolivar County Port Commission, Port of Rosedale Pump Station Improvement Project, to be opened on December 6, 2022, and addressed to Rosedale-Bolivar County Port Commission, 317 David Work Drive, Rosedale, MS, 38769. In addition, the envelope shall list the bidders Company Name, Company Address, and the Bidder's Mississippi State Contractor's License number. The Owner and Engineer assume no responsibility for premature opening of any bid envelope which is not properly marked. For electronic delivery, Bids must be submitted at eleymcphersonplans.com. All electronic Bids must be submitted in portable electronic format (PDF) and must contain the same information, forms and Bid Security as required for paper Bids. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the maximum total bid amount is required. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the actual date of opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
