Work to be performed includes application of protective coatings to interior surfaces and paints to exterior surfaces, including surface preparation, handling of hazardous and nonhazardous materials/wastes, disinfection of interior surfaces and additions, replacement and modification of miscellaneous structural items to bring the structure into compliance with current safety and health codes, standards and regulations and other work necessary to accomplish the approved end result of totally protected and usable structures, including attachments, accessories and appurtenances.
