Renovation of a municipal facility in Beaver Crossing, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project includes removal and enclosure of 2 existing windows for permanent closure. Small additional framing and sheet rock will be needed. For further project details please contact by phone 402-532-3925, email: villageofbc@windstream.net; or stop by City Hall Mon -Fri, 8am-12pm. Remove both AC units out of 2 east windows in City Hall, to be sold by the Village, Alex will take to City Shop. Remove old window frames, install new studs, sheeting on exterior wall and install white steel panel, caulk all seams. Insulate inside studs with max thickness insulation. Drywall both interior window closures, finish and mudding. Finish mudding drywall on small square on north wall, from old furnace Box in duct work in entry hall with studs, drywall and mud finish
