Site work and paving for a road / highway in Osmond, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work is generally described as follows: Removal and replacement of existing asphalt surface on listed blocks and quoting replacement with asphaltic concrete in both 2-inch and 4-inch thicknesses. Opinion of Probable Cost: 2-inch: $393,000; 4-inch: $559,000 Proposals will be taken for said construction work listed above by unit prices and as an aggregate bid for the entire project. Work details may be obtained by calling the Street Maintenance Supervisor at 402-640-5717. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids which furnish the materials and construction that will, in their opinion serve the best interest of the Owner, and also reserves the right to reject any and/ or all bids. Bids will be compared with the City Council considering awarding the bid at the January 9, 2023, council meeting at the address listed above. Meeting starts at 7:30 p.m.
