Lakeshore Center Seawall Repairs Project - Phase II In general, the improvements include: The reconstruction of a portion of the waterfront pier with concrete and steel sheet pile; along with miscellaneous site amenities as detailed in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids will be based on a Lump Sum contract Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. (5% of contractor's maximum bid)
