Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of testing and preventative maintenance for garage Carbon Monoxide (CO) systems as described further in the Appendix A - Scope of Work. The Toronto Community Housing Corporation's (TCHC) portfolio contains 150 locations dispersed over four regions throughout the city of Toronto. Each of these locations requires the testing and preventative maintenance of their existing garage Carbon Monoxide (CO) systems. TCHC is committed to maintaining all such CO systems in good working order to ensure the utmost of tenant safety and comfort. These locations have been broken down into four regions: Item # Region OU Total of buildings 1 West C, D, E, F 51 2 Central J, K, L, M 51 3 East G, H, I and 931 Yonge Street 30 4 Seniors N, O, P, Q 18 This work is categorized as Preventative Maintenance and Demand Services. Proponents must bid on all four (4) regions. TCHC will be awarding all regions to the lowest total priced submission. The agreement for this Preventative Maintenance Program will be for three (3) years with an option in favour of TCHC to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each. Deadline for Questions Monday, March 20, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline for Issuing Addenda Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET Rectification Period Three (3) Days unless otherwise noted in a Rectification Notice.
