Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment required to carry out cleaning of ducts and canopies and HVAC systems at various locations at 14 Wing Greenwood and remote sites as and when requested. The period of the standing offer is for two years, from the date of issue, with two additional one-year options. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
