The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Authority) is soliciting consulting services for MPA CONTRACT NO. A435, FY23-FY27 ENGINEERING (EA) SERVICES - TERM CONSULTANT. The Authority is seeking multiple qualified multidiscipline consulting firms or teams, with proven experience to provide professional engineering services on an on-call, as needed basis. These services are expected to be provided at Logan, Worcester, and Hanscom. This contract is intended for non-building work. The Consultants must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner. The consultants shall demonstrate experience in several disciplines including but not limited to Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Pavement Design, Landscape Architecture, Geotechnical Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Utility Design, ADA/Code Compliance, Cost Estimating, Construction Phasing, Resident Engineering, Climate Resiliency and Sustainable Design/Envision. The Authority expects to select up to three (3) consultants. However, the Authority reserves the right to select a different number if it is deemed in its best interest to do so. Each consultant shall be issued a contract in an amount not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000). The services shall be authorized on a work order basis. The Authority is seeking qualified multidiscipline consulting firm or team, with proven experience to provide professional engineering services including planning, design, construction related services and resident engineering/inspection, on an on-call, as needed basis. These services are expected to be provided Logan, Worcester, and Hanscom. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
