Renovation of a mixed-use development in Youngstown, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 3,100-square-foot educational facility.
Renovate areas within the Maag Library to accommodate the relocation the Resch Academic Success Center (7,500 s.f.) and Accessibility Services (3,100 s.f.). Both departments are currently located within Kilcawley Center and will be relocated to the third and fourth floor of Maag Library respectively. Functions include office space, conference space, testing / tutoring areas, etc. Professional services are needed to assess existing accommodations for each department and develop a plan for relocation. This will include meetings with occupants to determine departmental needs, create a program of requirements (PoR), prepare bid documents, assist with bidding and serve as construction manager.
