The Phase 3 Project consists of additional partial restoration/rehabilitation of the Historic Humboldt Auditorium. 1. Exterior work includes: installation of a below grade waterproofing/drainage system at the East, West and South sides of the building, replacement of areaways, new MEP/Fire & Life Safety penetrations associated with interior upgrades and non-historic window replacements at the North elevation. 2. Interior Lower Level, Level 1 and Balcony work includes: new fire sprinkler system, electrical, lighting, HVAC, refinishing surfaces, acoustical treatments, window treatments, 3-stop elevator, restrooms, and Meeting Room. 3.
