The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking a qualified contractor for the rental, supply, installation, operation, maintenance and removal of diesel-powered pumps and HDPE piping to install a temporary low lift system at the Lemieux Island Water Purification Plant (Lemieux Island), in accordance with the specifications attached and referenced herein.
