Vendor will provide all Labor, Mileage, and Expenses to perform the annual maintenance service and repairs on two (2) Hitachi Model DSP-A5A6 Air Compressors. This maintenance service will include the following: o Replace air filter elements o Replace control line elements o Replace oil filters o Replace misc. gaskets, washers, seals, O-rings on the oil pump & coolant piping o Replace the oil pump seal & bearings o Replace check valves o Replace pressure caps o Replace belts o Replace batteries o Drain old coolant and refill with DSP coolant o Drain old lubricant and refill with GL-68 lubricant o Replace Nano separator elements o Replace Zeks filter elements o Monitor all operating temperatures, voltages and amp draws o Check and adjust the operation of all controls including safety items Note: VMI personnel should be advised of any potential problems before any repairs are made that are beyond the scope of routine maintenance.
