Contractor is responsible for removal and legal disposal of all asbestos-containing material, if present and/or identified in the specifications, removal and legal disposal of all personal property from within the structure(s), demolition of the structure(s), removal and legal disposal of all debris, and clearing, grading and seeding of the areas disturbed per these specifications for the demolition of 1030 25th Street, Newport News, VA 23607 and 1300 25th Street, Newport News, VA 23607.
