Site work for a water / sewer project in Kokomo, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work of the Project consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following: The purpose of the project is to install a new large diameter storm sewer system to in the City of Kokomo, Howard County, Indiana. The work consists primarily of installing approximately 4,500 linear feet (LFT) of new 60" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm sever, 2,500 LFT of new 36" RCP storm sewer, INDOT Type J and M manholes, and other miscellaneous construction.Soil borings are being performed and will be provided via addendum if available. Bidders can ask questions on the project until 5 pm on December 7th, 2022 by emailing sam.robertson@clarkdietz.com. No pre-bid meeting is being held. Bids are to be submitted on the forms furnished within the contract document project manual with the required bond and/or check, properly executed in accordance with the directions contained in the Instructions to Bidders. The Contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive, responsible Bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or waive any informality or technicality in any Bid.
