The Town of Duck is requesting proposals for cleaning services in four specific town locations. The contract term spans from March 1, 2023, to February 28, 2026, with the option for a two-year extension. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost and the demonstrated ability of the contractor to successfully perform contracts of this size and scope. If awarded the contract, authorized cleaners must pass a background investigation including the submission of fingerprints. The Town of Duck reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to accept the bid if it seems most advantageous to the Town. Any bid submitted will be binding for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
