Leahy K-8 School, 100 Erving Ave., Lawrence MA The City of Lawrence, Massachusetts, requests that qualified and experienced General Contractors and Filed subcontractors Construction of a new 173,520 GSF K-8 five-story school in Lawrence, MA. The estimated cost of construction is $80 million with a construction schedule of 22 months. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149.
