The City of Gloversville is requesting proposals from engineering firms to provide professional services. The proposed project is a comprehensive engineering study of the Gloversville Senior Center. The building is 45 years old and in need of major capital improvements. The goal is to clearly and comprehensively define all of the building needs and develop cost estimates to undertake the improvements. The end results of this study will provide the basis for applying for capital funding to undertake the building improvements.. The estimated cost of the project is $50,000. Respondents will be reviewed and selected according to the competitive proposal process based upon cost, technical skills, and relevant experience of the individual project staff. Women-owned and minority-owned businesses and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit responses to this RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
