The Village of Winnetka is now accepting bids for the design, manufacture and testing of the three-phase pad mount transformer. Bid Bond - 10% No Pre-Bid Conference Available.Owner reserves the right to make clarifications, corrections, or changes in this Request for Bids at any time prior to the time bids are opened. All bidders or prospective bidders will be informed of said clarifications, corrections, or changes.No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the opening of any bid. The three-phase pad-mount transformer design is the basis for this specification.This specification together with the applicable Transformer Data Sheet provides the technical requirements for the design, manufacture and testing of three-phase pad mounted transformers.This specification covers only the general requirements of the transformer. The electrical characteristics and mechanical features of three-phase dead front, mineral-oil immersed, self-cooled pad-mount, compartmental-type distribution transformers have the following ranges: 300 KVA . 65C rise . 60 Hertz . High Voltage: 12.47 Delta . High Voltage BIL : 95kV. Low Voltage : 208/120V.
