These specifications establish the requirements for providing janitorial services at The Department of Family Services located at 441 Montana, Lovell Wyoming 82431. Janitorial Specifications: . On a daily basis four (4) times x week: . Clean women's bathroom . Clean men's bathroom and urinal . Clean kitchen . Wipe down front of kitchen cabinets . Sweep the uncarpeted floors . Mop the uncarpeted floors . Vacuum carpet areas . Spot clean carpets as needed . Clean floor mats as needed . Dump and/or empty all the trash . Wipe down the desktops upon request . Clean glass surfaces . Dust . Wipe down the conference room tables and chairs . Wipe the window seals . Once (1) x year: o Shampoo carpets . Twice (2) x year: o Scrub the tile in the bathrooms .
