Renovation of an educational facility in Lovell, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

1. Project consists of removal and replacement of the HVAC system throughout the school. HVAC demolition includes removal of all unit ventilators, air handling units, exhaust fans and the heating water boilers, pumps, and associated heating water piping. New packaged roof mounted air handling units with natural gas heat, DX cooling and economizer cooling are to be installed for each room/area. Supply and return air ductwork for each RTU system is to be installed above existing lay-in ceilings. To provide additional zoning for the office areas, VAV air terminals with electric reheat coils shall be used. New exhaust fans are to replace similar existing exhaust fans. A new web based DDC temperature control system including sensors, graphics, and programming shall be included. Temporary removal of suspended lay-in ceiling tiles in the classrooms is required in order to install the new ductwork. Lay-in ceiling tiles are to be reinstalled after work above the ceiling is complete. 2. Structural reinforcement is required for the roof framing to accommodate the new roof mounted HVAC equipment. Other work included in project scope includes new casework in the classrooms where existing unit ventilators are removed, along with exterior wall infill at wall louvers. Removal of existing carpet and providing new carpet tiles in some areas of the school is also part of the project scope. Est.
