A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid openingSuccessful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds and proof of insurance, complying with the Contract Agreement.
