Site work for a mixed-use development in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility; and water / sewer project.
St. Brides Correctional Center located at 701 Sanderson Road, Chesapeake, Virginia 23322 is requesting bids from qualified vendors to perform a complete overhaul of our Propane Farm consisting of (2) 18,000 gallon tanks and (1) Alternate Energy Systems Vaporizer to include the following: o Replace all valves and gauges on both propane tanks. o Replace pressure regulators and shut off valves on line piping. o Drain, flush, and refill propylene glycol (Jeffcool P155) with Heat Transfer Solution. o Troubleshoot vaporizer and diagnose random shutdowns and error codes. o Both tanks and all piping require pressure washing, prep, priming, and recoating. o Propane fill station requires a 48" gate installed. o Pump shut off switch requires relocation. o New filling scale and new hose. o Check the vaporizer walk in cabinet for leaks making it weather tight, free of water intrusion and any rust found removed, primed, and coated with correct paint. o Remove burner on vaporizer and check for foreign debris, remove if found.
