Value Notes: $2.8 to $3.0 million Description: The Treasure Valley Reload Center - 2023 project will include, but not be limited to, constructing a 60,480 square foot and a 4,200 square foot foundation/slab with anchor bolts and under-slab piping and drains; erecting two pre-engineered steel buildings (building materials are on site) and furnishing and installing their exterior entry doors, windows, and overhead doors; installing the on-site insulated metal panels along with trim on the warehouse building; and installing the on-site insulation package, metal siding, roofing, and trim on the office building. Additional Description: The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
