Renovation of a municipal facility in Duncan, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Roof Replacement FY 22/23 Project Bidders are invited to be present when the bids are opened. Minority and small business owners are encouraged to submit bid proposals. The check or bond shall be made payable to the Owner. All checks or bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing date for the receipt of bids. The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: (1) replace metal roofing, trim and guttering (2) Remove existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, drip edge, and replace with new underlayment and 30-year shingles or alternative metal roofing. Questions concerning this project should be addressed to the Public Works Director at (580) 470-2095. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in any bid and award a contract to the bidder who, in the opinion of the Owner, offers a proposal which appears to be in the best interest of the Owner.
