All materials and services will be provided by the vendor. This parking lot will be referred to as the Statesville Campus - Main Parking Lot. The location of the facility is located at the following address: 500 West Broad Street - Statesville, NC 28677 This location is property of Mitchell Community College and shall be associated with Mitchell Community College. The services provided must start on June 20, 2023 and must be completed by July 8, 2023. The intent of this solicitation is to award the project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto Offer shall be valid for at least 60 days from date of bid opening, unless otherwise stated here: ______ days, or if extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
