Estimate - $5,317,669.52 (Construction $4,705,902.23 + Allowances & Contingency) Project Duration: 575 Calendar Days, plus a 58-day contingency period This contract has Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goals as follows: Construction 8.58%, Goods 0%, Services 0%. Goals are based on the construction estimate plus the 10% Contingency Allowance. This contract has a 0.00% Community Workforce Program goal. The contractor will need to comply with Section 2-11.17 of the MDC Code, inclusive of all amendments, including the apprentice and on-the-job training requirements.
