The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide professional engineering design services, as well as all associated engineering services, necessary to advance the sanitary sewer overflow and reduction program (SSORP) projects identified within this RFQ to the final design phase, which includes both bid and construction phase services. SAWS will provide Respondents with design deliverables as part of this RFQ.It is anticipated that SAWS will award two (2) Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) Program Engineering Services contracts as a result of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This project will rehabilitate approximately 3,998.1 LF of 54-inch pipe, 2,604.9 LF of 60-inch pipe, and 7,804 LF of 72-inch pipe via CIPP,This project will replace approximately 24 LF of 24-inch pipe via Open Cut.15 pipe segments have been identified in this package and are located in the Central and West sewersheds. CIPP and Open Cut are the suggested remedial methods due to pipe condition, location, and size. Respondents may submit technical questions concerning the services in this RFQin writing.
