Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the demolition of all electrical and structural equipment at the Bear Creek Pump Station and the construction of various improvements at the Tippecanoe and Bear Springs Pump Stations including, but not limited to: existing equipment demolition; replacement with new electrical equipment including conductors, a motor control center, automatic transfer switch with isolation bypass switch, SCADA controls and security equipment; paving, grading, fencing, piping and other miscellaneous site work; concrete foundations; pre-stressed concrete electrical building; and other site improvements for a complete in-place facility for the Water Production Facilities Electrical Upgrades .
