The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for improving a portion of the entrance road to the facility. Work includes excavating roadside ditches, widening where necessary, performing subgrade preparation, furnishing and placing base course material where necessary, and furnishing and placing Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement. A five-percent (5%) Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check is required with bid proposals of $50,000.00 or more. Contractor Questions: All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Kevin Becker at kevin.becker@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is 12/09/2022 at 3:00 pm. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. All questions and answers will be posted. NOTICE OF AWARD December 22 2022 NOTICE TO PROCEED March 15 2023 (Tentative) SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION May 15 2023 (Tentative) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Statement (SDVOSB): The undersigned bidder shall certify by checking below that the corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship IS or IS NOT claiming a 5% bid preference in accordance with C.R.S. 24-103-211. SDVOSB certification must be included with your bid.
