Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winchester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,300-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
The Town of Winchester requests proposals from qualified contractors for the design, prefabrication, site assembly/installation, and all services required to complete and deliver 14 modular units at The Parkhurst School site located at 40 Samoset Rd. Winchester, MA 01890. Building shall be based on the plan layout, size, elevations, and specifications in the project manual. Every proposal must be in two parts, submitted in two, separate, clearly marked, sealed envelopes: 1) non- price proposal, and 2) price proposal, in accordance with all submission requirements set forth in this RFP. Late proposals will not be accepted. All offerors are required to visit the site before submitting a proposal. Submission of a proposal constitutes an acknowledgement that the offeror has examined the site and is familiar with existing conditions.
