# of Firms to Select 1 Bridge Rehabilitation Services 1 Bridge Deck Replacement, 2 Small Structure Replacements and 5 Bridge Deck Overlays spread thorughout Greene, Knox, Orange, Perry and Sullivan Counties This item includes Construction Contracts: B-44511 (Lead Des 2200685), B-44491 (Des 2200499), R-44492 (Des 2200571) and B-44493 (Des 2200696). The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Design Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Topographic Survey, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking) and Title Research, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis/Design, Construction Phase Services and other services as needed. INDOT will perform any Land Acquisition Services, if needed.
