The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors for Professional Waterfront Structural Engineering Services. The Virginia Port Authority (VPA) is seeking proposals for Professional Waterfront Structural Engineering Services. The term of the Contract shall be for one year with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods at the sole option of the Virginia Port Authority and in accordance with the terms noted in the Contract. Proposals and all other correspondence, including questions, shall be sent electronically to proposals@portofvirginia.com. All email communications shall contain RFP 2023-15-VPA in the subject line followed by the Respondent's name. Questions may only be submitted electronically no later than 2:00 p.m. EST December 7, 2022. In compliance with this RFP, and with all the conditions imposed therein and hereby incorporated by reference, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish the services to the Virginia Port Authority in accordance with the attached signed proposal, or as mutually agreed upon by subsequent negotiations. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
