For the following: Contractor to furnish labor and equipment to prep for foundations by over-excavating to mitigate unsuitable fill, form and pour thirty two reinforced concrete foundations, install cable trench, and haul, place spread and compact fill material in order to regrade the site. There are no electric or water utilities located at this site. All installations will be to Central Lincoln provided specifications and some material will be provided by Central Lincoln. This project is located in Toledo, OR. Bid packages will not be mailed, prior to, or after the project pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting will be the only time a contractor is able to obtain the complete bid package and meet with the project manager at the job site prior to award. Contractors that would like to be on the bidders list must be pre approved prior to the mandatory project pre-bid meeting. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for peoples utility districts. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
