For the following: Approximately 1,500 tons antiskid material, Type AS-1, Crushed Stone or Crushed Gravel delivered to the public works building, 150 Henricks Road, Butler PA 16001. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. Samples must be provided with all bids. All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) to the total bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid. Center Township reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Municipality.
