Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of March 27,2023, project was awarded to RS Jobber, Inc., awarded amount is $1,320,048.50.** The project consists of constructing approximately 4,400 lineal feet of concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk along the west edge of Holstein Street, north edge of I-15 B (Hwy 30), and west edge of Main Street including pavement saw cutting, excavation, curb and gutter and sidewalk construction, asphalt pavement and gravel patching, storm drainage, pedestrian lighting and other related work. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to City of Inkom in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidder shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder as evidenced by a certificate of insurance. This project is funded in part by federal funds distributed through Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) who is not a party to this Invitation to Bid or any resulting contract. Idaho requirements for public works contracting will apply. Prevailing wage rates are required. Award of the contract will be contingent upon compliance with Idaho public works contracting requirements, bid requirements, and available project funding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids as set forth above. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed forty five (45) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner.
