Analysis of Field Samples and Trip Blanks The Division of Waste Management (DWM) is requesting a vendor to provide passive sub-soil vapor phase sampling devices and analytical services for those devices. Approximate Annual Usage - 300 samplers submitted for analysis SAMPLER AND ANALYSIS SPECIFICATIONS: --Vendors MUST BE National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program ((NELAP) certified and be able to do analysis of passive soil-gas samples using established EPA method 8260C or TO-17. -- Sampler(s), trip blank(s), sampler collection containers, detailed instructions for use and any specialized equipment necessary for installation MUST BE included. -- Sampling devices provided MUST BE capable of fitting within a predrilled 1-inch diameter drill hole. -- Analytical reports will be provided electronically and will include narrative with QA/QC program and findings, laboratory data in units of concentration ug/m^3, chain of custody documentation, and optional color isopleth maps (capability to plot results on a color distribution map is preferred, but not required) -- All reports must be received within 15 business days of sample receipt. -- Must be able to screen samples for target compounds listed below MUST BE Able to Analyze Below Compounds: Vinyl Chloride 1,1-Dichloroethene Trans-1,2-Dichloroethene Methyl-tert-Butyl Ether 1,1 Dichloroethane Cis-1,2-Dichloroethene Chloroform 1,2-Dichloroethane 1,1,1-Trichloroethane Carbon Tetrachloride Benzene Trichloroethene Tetrachloroethene Chlorobenzene Ethylbenzene P & M-Xylene O-Xylene 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene 1,3-Dichlorobenzene 1,4-Dichlorobenzene 1,2-Dichlorobenzene 1,2,4-Trichlorobenzene Naphthalene Toluene
