Scope : SW-1 INSPECTION OF SITE OF PROPOSED WORK A. Before submitting a proposal on the work specified herein, offerors are strongly urged and expected to attend the pre-bid site visit to familiarize themselves with all existing conditions, identify limitations, and field verify dimensions. 1. All measurements contained in this statement of work are approximations. The Contractor shall have the sole responsibility for the accuracy of all field measurements and for the estimate of material quantities required and necessary to satisfy the requirements of these specifications. 2. No extra compensation will be allowed because of the Contractor's misunderstanding as to the amount of work involved or because of his/her lack of knowledge of any existing conditions. 3. Permission for inspection of Diana E. Murphy U.S. Courthouse may be obtained from Julie Nowak, Property Manager at Minneapolis, or Tim O'Connor, Property Manager at St. Paul. The Contractor shall contact the above mentioned Property Manager prior to site entry/visit. The purpose of this project is to complete the work in TWO phases at two different locations and not concurrently: Phase 1: Chambers 8W at 300 S. Fourth St, Minneapolis, MN 55415 and it is to replace existing carpet with new padding and carpet. Period of Performance for this chamber shall not exceed 30 days. Transition Phase shall be approximately 30 days. This period is to allow time for the client to relocate to another location prior to work start of Phase 2. Phase 2: Chambers 206 at 316 Robert St. North, St. Paul, MN 55101 and is to replace the existing carpet with new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). Period of Performance for this chamber shall not exceed 30 days.
