No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A site visit will be held Wednesday, 18 January 2023, at 10:00 AM EDT. We will initially meet in the 11 CONS Conference Room, Bldg 20, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC, and then after sign in of all attendees and an overview of the project all attendees will view the project site. Please provide all requests for base access no later than Friday, 13 January 2023 at 2:00 PM EDT. 4. Wage Determination: Use contract Attachment 9 - WD# DC20220001, in performance of this Task Order Questions and Answers/Assumptions and Exceptions: Contractors are cautioned that all communications are to be channeled through the Contracting Officer. Any questions whether technical or contractual in nature shall be submitted in writing. Questions and Answers may be submitted in writing to the Contract Administrator, Mrs. Dee Figueroa, via e-mail at demetria.figueroa.2@us.af.mil by 23 January 2023, at 2:00 PM EDT. Questions will be consolidated and responses will be forwarded to all contractors through an amendment to solicitation FA706023R0003. No further questions will be addressed on this project after this date.
