2023 Hoopeston Area Middle School Bleacher installation Hoopeston, _IL 60942 The project consists of installing 2 banks of wall attached 9 row -high telescopic bleachers and ensuring proper adjustments for correct operation. Prevailing wages in accordance with Vermilion County is required. Bid security is required, in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid as guarantee that the bid will not be withdrawn within 30 days after the date of opening Contract and the successful bidder will enter into a ontract for the work awarded to them. Bid security shall be made payable to Hoopeston Area CUSD #11. Bonds are required: Both a performance Bond and a labor and Payment Bond are required for this project, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Your bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any .or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the owner. Award of a contract is anticipated to occur by December 16, 2022. The work area will not be available for on-site work activities until FRIDAY JUNE 16, 2023. The work shall be Substantially Complete on or before July 12, 2023 with Final Completion on or before July 21, 2023. As of 12/6/2022 there were no attendees at the pre-bid meeting on 12/2/2022.
